Jeremiah has been before various tribunals of the Immigration and Refugee Board in representing Citizenship & Immigration Canada and Canadian Border Services.

He has also provided legal training to Immigration Officers and has worked closely with Canadian visa officers, inland Immigration Officers, as well as officials of both Citizenship & Immigration Canada and the Canadian Border Services.

Jeremiah left the government in 2006 to begin practicing in the private sector with a mid-size law firm in both Orangeville and the GTA.

Jeremiah served for several years on the Board of Directors for Calcutta Missions of Mercy and of New Missions in Haiti.
